About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and qualified manner.
n
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, or information updates.
n
- Resolve product/service-related issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
n
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support.
n
- Document all customer interactions and update CRM systems.
n
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
n
- Work closely with the team to improve service standards and processes.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Graduates are welcome. Freshers can also apply.
n
- 0-4 years of experience in customer support (voice process).




n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
n
- Good listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
n
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
n

n

Required Skills:

n

Good command over English (spoken) or Malayalam, Marathi, and Tamil

n

Preferred Skills:

n

n
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
n

n

Pay range and compensation package:

n

n
- Shift Timing: 10 Am-7 Pm
n
- Salary Budget: Fresher - 2.55 LPA - 4 LPA
n
- Experienced with more than 6 months of experience: 20-25 % hike on your Last CTC or max 4.2LPA
n
