Hi All,

HCLTech is looking for Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Leads (Actuarial) to join our team in Noida .

Location: Noida

Work Model: Hybrid

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

⚡ Multiple Openings Available | Early Joiners Preferred

Note: Candidates with GGY AXIS modelling experience (from the scratch) would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Analyze and decode legacy actuarial models, assumptions, calculations, and data flows.

✅ Develop and enhance actuarial models using Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, and related tools.

✅ Perform model execution, reconciliation, validation, and testing.

✅ Support model migration and transformation projects.

✅ Prepare model specifications, documentation, and user guides.

✅ Collaborate with actuaries, business stakeholders, and technology teams.





✅ Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

✅ Support actuarial initiatives such as premium reviews, repricing, bonus reviews, expense reviews, and fund mergers.

✅ Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, governance, and audit requirements.
