Role Overview

n

As a Global Delivery Leader, we are looking for a Senior Product Implementation Leader to lead and scale a multi-product SaaS implementation organization. The role will own implementation strategy, execution, resource utilization, and delivery excellence across multiple products and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

n

n




- Lead end-to-end implementation of multiple enterprise SaaS/products across clients and geographies.
n
- Drive implementation strategy, delivery governance, execution, quality, and customer outcomes.
n
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations with a strong focus on resource planning, capacity, and utilization.
n
- Build and scale a multi-product implementation capability, including processes, frameworks, talent, and delivery models.
n
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive successful deployments.
n
- Lead implementations involving SaaS products, ERP integrations, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
n
- Drive standardization, reusable implementation assets, automation, and continuous improvement.
n
- Act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring strong execution and delivery outcomes.

Ideal Profile

n

n
- Strong experience in SaaS / Product Implementation leadership with proven experience managing multiple products/programs.
n
- Strong background in resource management, utilization, delivery operations, and implementation governance.
n
- Experience with HighRadius, BlackLine, Basware, Pega, or similar enterprise platforms preferred.
n




- ERP + Product implementation experience is an advantage.
n
- Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-enabled product implementations is desirable.
n
- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and hands-on leadership skills.
n
- Ability to operate across strategy, implementation, and execution while building a scalable organization.
