We're hiring Senior STEM Trainers for a growing EdTech organization that is creating hands-on learning experiences for students through STEM programs, physical learning centers, and school partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Conduct engaging, hands-on STEM sessions using DIY kits and structured learning programs
n
- Teach Arduino, Robotics, Electronics, AI, IoT, and 3D Printing
n
- Mentor students in innovation, project building, and prototype development
n
- Conduct demo sessions and interact with parents
n
- Manage day-to-day centre operations, lab discipline, inventory, and documentation
n
- Contribute to curriculum development, workshops, and STEM events
n
- Collaborate with the Innovation & R&D; team to improve learning kits and modules
n
- Support school mentoring and program execution, if assigned
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 2–5+ years of experience in STEM training,



teaching, or a related role
n
- Strong knowledge of Arduino, Robotics, AI, IoT, and Electronics
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- Ability to independently manage a learning center
n
- A high-ownership mindset with a passion for working with students
n

Employment: Full-Time | On-Roll

Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week | Saturday & Sunday compulsory

n

Weekly Off: Any one day, Monday–Friday
