We're hiring for a Operations Head role with one of the pioneer in the Indian elevator industry and car parking systems.

nThe role holds end-to-end responsibility for site execution, service delivery, resource planning, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction across all projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in field operations, a solid technical understanding of elevators and/or automated parking systems, and the ability to manage large, geographically spread teams and multiple concurrent sites.

nQualifications:
nB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline; MBA in Operations is a plus.
n

nExperience:
n15–20 years of experience in installation, or operations management, preferably within the elevator, escalator & automated car parking systems, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site operations

nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Operations for both Elevators and Parking Systemsn




- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and SOPs to improve installation timelines, service quality, and cost efficiencyn
- Plan and allocate manpower, technicians, supervisors, and resources across sites, ensuring optimum utilization and productivityn
- Monitor project execution against timelines, budgets, and quality standards; proactively resolve site-level bottlenecks and escalations.n
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt complaint resolution, transparent communication, and high service standardsn
- Ensure strict compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and quality standards across all installation and maintenance activitiesn
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth project handoversn
- Build, mentor, and lead a robust operations team, including hiring, training, and performance mana
