Job Profile:

Leads the planning and execution process of selling, qualifying, and closing of large and/or difficult opportunities. Acts as a subject matter expert on both the company and competitor offerings and services. Mentors less experienced personnel in sales generation.

n

Major Responsibilities

n

Achieve : Demand generation and Sales to the Insurance industry for the following (and not limited to) products and services to insurers in designated territory

n

n
- Core Insurance administration system covering Life, General Insurance, Group, Pensions and Reinsurance
n
- Cloud and SaaS experience
n
- Point of Sale and Mobility solutions
n
- Insurance Business Analytics
n
- Application Management Outsourcing
n
- Imaging and Document Managing : License sales of partner solutions and services
n
- Integration Services around front end / Backend eg. Portals and Middleware
n

n

Sales Quota: Covering license, support services,



implementation services and application management services in designated territories

n

Alliance : Working with partners to package complimentary application and solution like AWS, SAP, OpenText, AWD etc.

n

Ideal Person

n

n
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance or business studies having 20-25 years of sales experience (within the IT industry) with about 5-10 years of experience in the Insurance industry
n
- Must have proven track record in software license and services sales.
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact with senior management (C-level), staff and third parties in a skilled manner.
n
- Existing Relationships in the insurance industry
n
- Must read, write and speak fluent English and .......(local language)
n
- Experience in the bid process and preparation of sales proposals. Ability to put together proposals
n
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
n
- Must be able to travel 30-50% of time for business development
