About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support and strengthen the day-to-day finance operations at Flick.

This is a hands-on role that will work closely with the business, operations, vendors and finance teams to ensure accurate financial processes, timely reconciliations, smooth vendor payments and reliable reporting.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large transaction volumes, investigating discrepancies, working with data and taking ownership of finance processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Handle sales reconciliation, payment gateway reconciliation, bank reconciliation and transaction-level reconciliations.

Manage vendor invoices, payments, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.

Track business expenses and ensure accurate recording and timely processing.

Support inventory accounting, including stock-related accounting and reconciliation.

Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.

Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports and finance-related schedules.

Support month-end closing activities, including provisions, accruals and reconciliations.

Identify discrepancies, leakages and gaps in financial processes and work towards resolution.

Support the creation and implementation of finance SOPs and controls.

Work closely with operations,



supply and procurement teams to resolve financial and reconciliation issues.

Analyse financial and operational data to identify opportunities for better cost control.

Contribute to building scalable finance processes as the business grows.

What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, Finance Operations or a similar role.

Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, reconciliations, AP/AR and financial controls.

Hands-on experience with sales reconciliation, payment gateway reconciliation or transaction-level reconciliation is preferred.

Working knowledge of GST and TDS.

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets.

Ability to independently identify issues, investigate discrepancies and drive them to closure.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.

Experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail, marketplace or quick commerce would be an advantage.
