Job Role- Zscaler DEX (ZDX)- Enterprise Architecture Advisor

Job Location-Noida and Bangalore

Primary - Zscaler Dex Specifically (ZDX) tool - must have 2-3 years hands on exp. If candidates have worked on any other tool in Zscaler Dex , check if they have knowledge and interest to work on ZDX .

Technical Experience:

n

Must have:

n

10+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in managing endpoint tools such as Zscaler Dex/ Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack.

n

Must have exposure to Zscaler Dex (ZDX) with platform and admin certifications, ITIL foundation certification

n

Project Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps

n

Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy

n

Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

n

Roles & Responsibilities:

n





Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool

n

Experience in implementing and driving automation initiatives

n

Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders

n

Participate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the workplace

n

Analytical skills to slice and dice the data per use case needs

n

Create Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives.

n

Responsible for customer/stakeholder relationship management

n

Provide cross functional supportAct as a liaison between vendor and client
