-Manage and monitor RAID storage servers to ensure data availability and performance.

-Administer and maintain File Servers including user permissions and shared folders.

-Configure manage and troubleshoot Wireless Access Points (APs).

-Configure and maintain routers including LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.

-Manage Active Directory (AD) including user creation password resets group management and Organizational Units.

-Configure and support Microsoft Outlook including email setup PST/OST management and troubleshooting.

-Resolve IT support issues related to desktops laptops printers network connectivity and software.

-Install configure and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.

Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely issue resolution.

-Perform routine system health checks preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Requirements

-12 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / System Administration

-Good knowledge of Windows OS Active Directory Microsoft Outlook and basic networking.
