Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer with strong experience in FortiGate SD-WAN Aruba Wireless/WLC and Juniper Switching . The candidate will be responsible for network troubleshooting configuration monitoring and resolving critical network issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for FortiGate Firewall and SD-WAN .
- Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN VPN routing NAT and security policies .
- Support FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer .
- Troubleshoot Aruba WLC Access Points SSIDs roaming and authentication issues.
- Support Aruba Central and ClearPass .
- Configure and troubleshoot Juniper EX Series Switches .
- Handle VLAN STP LACP Virtual Chassis and routing issues.




- Perform network upgrades patching migration and health checks.
- Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
- For L3 act as an escalation point for critical incidents and complex troubleshooting.
