- 7-8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning detailing and construction processes.
Roles:
1. Architectural Design & Planning
- Develop architectural concepts plans elevations sections and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and review working drawings construction drawings and architectural details.
- Ensure designs are functional aesthetically solid and aligned with project requirements.
- Translate client requirements into practical architectural solutions.
2. AutoCAD & Design Documentation
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD .
- Review drawings for accuracy dimensions specifications and constructability.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural MEP and interior design requirements.
- Maintain updated drawing sets and project documentation.
3. Project Execution & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site teams contractors vendors and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site.
- Ensure adherence to design standards timelines and quality requirements.
4. Client & Consultant Coordination
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate design solutions.
- Present design concepts drawings and project updates to clients.
- Coordinate with structural MEP landscape and other consultants.
- Incorporate client feedback and manage design revisions.
5. Team Handling & Project Management
- Guide and supervise junior architects and design team members.
- Allocate design tasks and monitor deliverables.
- Review team output for quality accuracy and timely completion.
- Coordinate multiple projects and prioritize work according to deadlines.
6. Design Development & Quality Control
- Develop projects from concept stage through working drawings and execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations standards and project specifications.
- Identify design issues proactively and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all project deliverables.
