Profile: General Insurance Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations of the General Insurance department.
- Handle policy processing renewals endorsements documentation and related paperwork.
- Check policies and documents for accuracy completeness and compliance.
- Conduct regular policy audits and identify errors or gaps.
- Maintain proper records and prepare MIS reports and operational updates.
- Coordinate with insurance companies clients and internal teams for policy-related requirements.
- Track pending policies renewals endorsements payments and other open cases.
- Coordinate claims-related documentation and follow-ups whenever required.
- Ensure all policy and customer data is updated correctly and on time.
- Monitor the teams work allocate tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Resolve operational issues and improve day-to-day processes wherever required.
- Ensure smooth and accurate end-to-end General Insurance operations.
