- Claim Processing Associate - Claims Processing, Benefit Administration, Pension Operations, Member Services

- Transfer Associate - Pension Transfers, Transfer In/Out, Case Management, Benefits Processing

- Retirement Associate - Retirement Processing, Pension Administration, Benefits Calculation, Member Services
n
- Bereavement Associate - Bereavement Processing, Death Claims, Benefit Payments, Pension Operations

Domain Expertise Required

n

n
- Experience in UK/US Pension, Retirement, Claims Processing, Transfers, Bereavement, Employer Services, Member Services, or Benefits Administration
n
- Candidates from Property & Casualty (P&C;)



or Healthcare domains with relevant back-office/process operations experience may also be considered
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
n
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
n
- Experience in handling process operations, case management, claim processing, validations, calculations, or benefit administration is preferred
n

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree (2 Years to 8 Years) can apply.
n
- Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
n
- Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply
n
- Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
n
- Willingness to work in rotational shift (Including night shift)
n
- Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory
n
