About the Role

n

As the Regional Manager – Outreach, you will be the face of VU across leading K12 schools in the region. You will build strong relationships with school principals, counsellors, study-abroad advisors, and other key stakeholders, while driving workshops, webinars, Open Houses, and other student engagement initiatives.

n

You will work closely with the Admissions and Academic teams to strengthen the student journey, leverage CRM and data insights, and achieve regional enrolment objectives.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Represent Vidyashilp University across leading K12 schools in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
n
- Plan and execute school visits, workshops, webinars, Open Houses, and student engagement initiatives.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, counsellors, career advisors, and study-abroad consultants.
n
- Develop and execute regional outreach strategies aligned with enrolment objectives.
n
- Track outreach activities, leads, conversions, and engagement through CRM and data-driven reporting.




n
- Work closely with the Admissions and Academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
n
- Identify current school partnerships and opportunities to strengthen VU's presence across the region.
n
- Represent the University at relevant education fairs, conferences, and outreach events.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education outreach, admissions, student recruitment, or education marketing.
n
- Experience working with IB and CAIE schools will be highly preferred.
n
- Strong understanding of the K12 school ecosystem and student counselling landscape.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
n

Preferred Skills

- Experience engaging with IB/CAIE schools and counsellors.
n
- Prior experience as a student counsellor, school counsellor, or education consultant.
n
- Experience with prominent study-abroad organisations or higher education institutions.
