Visit us at- https://aelumconsulting.com/ Location: Jaipur, Noida, Hyderabad (Hybrid) Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Candidates with ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification will be preferred; however, the certification is not mandatory for someone who is already excelling in a Technical Architect role. Experience: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities - Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards. - Define technical architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance for ServiceNow implementations. - Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams. - Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices. - Review technical designs, customizations, integrations, and code to ensure quality and maintainability. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful implementations.



- Drive platform optimization, upgrade planning, and technical roadmap initiatives. - Mentor developers and provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience - 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform. - Strong experience in ServiceNow Technical Architecture and solution design. - Hands-on exposure to at least 4–5 ServiceNow modules. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices. - Experience in designing integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems. - Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Workflows. - Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform governance is desirable. - Experience in performance optimization, security, scalability, and platform upgrades. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred ServiceNow Module Experience Candidates should have hands-on experience in at least 4–5 of the following modules: - IT Service Management (ITSM) - IT Operations Management (ITOM) - IT Business Management (ITBM/SPM) - Customer Service Management (CSM) - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM) - Integrated Risk Management (IRM) - Security Operations (SecOps) - Asset Management (HAM/SAM) - CMDB & Discovery Preferred Certifications - ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred, not mandatory. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules What We're Looking For - Solid technical architect with the ability to design enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. - Passion for innovation and driving ServiceNow best practices across the organization.
