About the Role

n

Our client is going through a critical infrastructure transformation and needs an experienced Automic professional to own day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly during the transition.

n

Experience : 6 Yrs to 10 Yrs

n

What you'd be doing:

n

n
- Managing and editing admin-owned workflows, troubleshooting job failures, and handling file transfers (SFTP, Deaddrop)
n
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal users on all automation and account questions
n
- Owning Slack support channels — timely, professional responses to internal teams
n
- Executing recovery procedures during incidents — restarting services, validating agent connectivity, coordinating with backend/vendor support
n




- Assisting with region failover planning and high availability across the Automic infrastructure
n
- Documenting existing workflows to support knowledge transfer
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Proven hands-on experience with Automic Workload Automation (UC4)
n
- Robust troubleshooting skills across workflows, job dependencies, and file transfer protocols
n
- Experience executing stabilization and recovery procedures under pressure
n
- Strong communicator — comfortable being customer-facing daily
n
- Self-starter who can plug in quickly and add value from day one
n

- Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Bangalore, India.
