Must-Have Skill

n

- s10+ years of overall IT experience with robust exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management solutions
n
- .Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) / Icertis CLM
n
- .Proven experience as an Icertis CLM Trainer, Functional Consultant, or Solution Lead
n
- .Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes (Authoring, Negotiation, Approval, Execution, Obligations, Renewals)
n
- .Experience creating training content, user manuals, SOPs, and learning materials
n
- .Ability to conduct instructor-led, virtual, and classroom training sessions
n
- .Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n




- .Experience supporting CLM implementations, rollouts, and user adoption programs
n
- .Knowledge of contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and approval processes
n
- .Experience working in Agile and enterprise implementation environments
n

- .Experience with Icertis AI/Contract Intelligence capabilities

- .Exposure to integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics

- .Understanding of CLM reporting, dashboards, and analytics

- .Exposure to change management and organizational adoption initiatives

- .Experience in global delivery and multi-region training programs
