Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads across the Southeast Asia market and drive them through the complete sales cycle to successful closure.

Leverage strong cultural understanding and market knowledge to identify business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

n

Appoint, train, and manage distributors to achieve assigned sales targets and strengthen market presence.

n

Conduct regular visits to the assigned markets to support distributors, monitor business performance, and identify growth opportunities.

n

Establish and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, distributors, and signage retailers within the construction and signage industries.

n

Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.

n

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements, and provide regular market intelligence to management.

n

Ensure timely achievement of sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
