Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Budgeting & Cost Planning:

n

n
- Preparation of detailed project cost sheets
n
- Assist in feasibility study & cost estimation
n
- Prepare BOQ-based budget tracking
n
- Develop project cash flow forecasts
n
- Monitor budget utilization project-wise
n

n

2. Cost Monitoring & Variance Analysis:

n

n
- Track actual vs budget on a monthly basis
n
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective action
n
- Analyze RCC, MEP, finishing, liaisoning, and marketing costs
n
- Department-wise overhead allocation
n

n

3. Contract & Vendor Cost Control:

n

n
- Review work orders and contracts
n
- Validate RA bills & contractor claims
n
- Certification coordination with Project Team
n
- Monitor change orders and additional work cost impact
n
- Control usage of miscellaneous expense heads
n

n

4. WIP & Inventory Control:

n

n
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP)
n
- Ensure proper capitalization of project costs
n
- Cost allocation between inventory & expense
n
- Revenue recognition coordination with accounts
n

n

5. Cash Flow & Fund Control:

n

n




- Track project inflows vs outflows
n
- Align cost planning with funding availability
n
- Monitor finance cost capitalization
n
- Support loan drawdown planning
n

n

6. ERP & Cost Systems:

n

n
- Ensure correct cost booking in ERP
n
- Validate cost center & project coding
n
- Assist in setting up budget controls in ERP
n
- Maintain cost control MIS
n

n

7. MIS & Reporting:

n

n
- Monthly Project Cost Report
n
- Budget variance report
n
- Department-wise overhead analysis
n
- Project margin tracking
n
- Management presentation support
n

n

Desired Skills:

n

n
- Robust understanding of construction costing and BOQ analysis
n
- Real estate accounting knowledge
n
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, MIS, Costing)
n
- ERP knowledge (Construction ERP preferred)
n
- Analytical and commercial mindset
n

n

Qualification:

n

n
- CMA / MBA Finance / Civil Engineer with Costing Experience
n
- 5–8 years experience in Real Estate / Construction
