Walter Advisors is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Corporate Advisory team. This role offers an chance to work financial, debt fund raising, taxation and regulatory matters, and contribute to diverse projects across industries.

Job Responsibilities

Debt Syndication:

n

n
- Documentation: Prepare required documents for debt syndication and work with banks and financial institutions to get approvals.
n
- Client Interaction: Collect necessary information from clients and their teams for debt syndication.
n
- Credit Rating Support: Help clients with credit rating processes to improve their financial status.
n

Management Consulting and Financial Advisory:

n

n
- CFO Services: Provide strategic financial advice as an external CFO for clients.
n
- Financial Decision Support: Advise on important financial decisions for projects and investments.
n
- Financial Reporting: Help clients improve their financial reporting for better transparency.
n
- MIS Development:



Create and refine management information systems for clients and support them until they can manage on their own.
n
- Compliance Guidance: Ensure clients follow accounting standards and regulations.
n
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS.
n
- Handling miscellaneous items related to accounting, direct tax, indirect tax, FEMA, Company Law, and other matters as required by the client from time to time.

Position Requirements:

n

n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years post qualification experience in similar profile including articleship experience in audit and taxation.
n
- Experience in managing clients with a turnover exceeding Rs. 200 crores in the manufacturing sector.
n
- Must have experience of preparing financial statements.
n
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
