As Blue Ocean expands, we are growing our Growth Team and looking for a College Admission Counselor who specializes in US Undergrad Colleges.

Where This Role Sits
This role owns the second and third, higher-stakes conversations in our client journey — the point where genuine interest turns into a signed family.
Growth Associate – Sales initiates the call and qualifies interest → College Admission Counselor runs the diagnostic & solution call → Client is onboarded and profile-building begins.




Once a Growth Associate – Sales has initiated contact and warmed up a family, the conversation is handed over to you for the diagnostic and solution call. In this call, you identify the child's aspirations and strengths, and then present Blue Ocean's solution — how we will build a distinctive, well-researched profile suited to that child's goals, whether that is an Ivy League school or another top-tier university. You are the voice that turns a curious parent into a committed client.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic and solution calls with parents and students who have been passed on from the Growth Associate – Sales, understanding the child's academic strengths, interests, and aspirations.
- Translate that understanding into a explicit, credible narrative for parents on how Blue Ocean will build a unique, competitive profile for their child — and why that approach works for Ivy League and other top global univers
