Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Ticketing Executive / Ticketing Head with strong hands-on experience in international air ticketing.

This role requires deep expertise in Amadeus, excellent handling of reissues, refunds, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

n

This is not an airline BPO or call-center role.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Handle international air ticketing end-to-end on Amadeus

n

Manage reissues, cancellations, refunds, and urgent fare changes

n

Work with consolidators, NDC platforms, and portal-based issuance

n

Queue PNRs and coordinate multiple files efficiently

n

Manage group bookings and special fare cases

n

Handle high volumes while maintaining accuracy

n

Take complete ownership of ticketing operations

n

Guide junior team members when required

n

Mandatory Requirements

n

n




- 2–7+ years of travel agency ticketing experience
n
- Very strong Amadeus knowledge
n
- International ticketing experience (mandatory)
n
- Comfortable with reissues, refunds & pressure situations
n
- Experience with consolidators / NDC portals
n
- Strong Ownership mindset & accountability
n

Group booking coordination experience

n

Experience mentoring or guiding juniors
