Job Title: Order Management

Job Role: Senior Process Executive Jl2

n

- Support Request on behalf of sales force i.e Quotes, Orders, Amendments, Pricing sheets or vendor quotes etc. for service requests.
n
- Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues.
n
- Build training curriculum & Work Instructions.
n
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement
n
- Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
n

n

Experience and Qualification:

n

n
- Experience in End-to-end order management Process
n
- 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment.
n
- Any bachelors degree.
n
- Proficient MS Excel
n
- Hands-on experience in working on Order to Cash process i.e Agreements/Contracts, Quote Management
n
- Very positive understanding of L2S process. Agreements, Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports etc
n
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
n
- Customer / Client facing experience would be handy.
n

NOTE:

- Kindly have a working cellphone with Microphone & Camera Access. Ensure Minimum upload / Download Speed of 2 MBPS
