Lead the growth of our PMS & AIF Distribution business by driving distribution acquisition, channel expansion, AUM mobilization, and strategic partner engagement across the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

- Preparing and Analyzing business data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
n
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS, dashboards, and business review reports.
n
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless business execution.
n
- Coordinate distributor incentive and payout processes with internal teams.
n




- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
n
- To handle distributor and client communication, including business updates and follow-ups.
n
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication with distributors and internal stakeholders.
n
- Support sales promotion initiatives, channel engagement programs, webinars, and email campaigns.
