- Lead Chair & Reformer Pilates group classes with a focus on technique, transformation, and care

- Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a shared culture of learning

- Help design class programs, client journeys, and seasonal workshops

- Collaborate with the founders to shape studio direction, community-building efforts, and brand g
