IT Expert experienced in MES with special emphasis on Siemens OpsCenter

/n

Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Take care of service requests and issue resolution for various running OP center systems
/n
- Interact with customers and stakeholders on issue resolution
/n
- Shiftwork required: early shift and late shift will be required, no night shift.
/n
- On call service required from time to time over weekend and/or night
/n
- Execute life cycle management activities such as patching according to vulnerability management plan
/n
- Support project activities according to capabilities, such as installations, configurations, peripheral device integration etc. . Depending on experience, full integration in technical project team is possible
/n
- Initiate and follow up processes such as change management, update relevant documentation and systems
/n

Profile

/n

/n
- IT, engineering or natural science background
/n




- 3-10 years experience in operational services, in best case for MES OP Center
/n
- Familiar as a user with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, change management processes, vulnerability management processes
/n
- Valuable technical understanding of the platform, administrative functions and configuration parameters
/n
- Good technical understanding of integration of the platform to other higher or lower level components such as SAP, Kepware, OPC UA, weighing systems...
/n
- Good technical understanding of operating systems and network components
/n
- Good understanding of ISA95 OT architecture
/n
- Very good communication skills, experienced in handling conflicts with difficult customers, cross cultural competence and clear English language
/n
- Quality oriented mind-set with proven practice of documentation and testing
/n
