Position: Facility Supervisor

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Location: Tharamani

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance

• Coordinate housekeeping, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance activities

• Manage workers and allocate daily duties

• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards

• Maintain attendance, work reports, and daily records

• Coordinate with clients and site management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in facility management or site supervision

• Valuable communication and team-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance

• Ability to manage staff and resolve day-to-day issues

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills.
