We are looking for a House Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and smooth functioning of a private residence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations and upkeep of the house.

Coordinate and supervise household staff, including housekeeping, drivers, cooks, gardeners, etc.

Manage vendors, maintenance, repairs, purchases, and household requirements.

Ensure the residence is well-maintained, organised, and guest-ready at all times.

Manage household inventories, supplies, bills, and day-to-day expenses.

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, airport transfers, bookings, and travel-related requirements for the family.

Handle personal and household requests with discretion and confidentiality.

Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.

Ideal Candidate:





3-7 years of experience in house management, luxury hospitality, private residences, estate management, or similar roles.

Solid communication and coordination skills.

Good command of English.

Well-organised, proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requirements.

Willingness to travel as required.
