As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant flying experience for our passengers. You will work closely with other team members and report directly to the Cabin Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Safety: Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that passengers are aware of emergency exits and protocols.

- Pre-flight Checks: Assist in preparing the cabin before take-off, ensuring that the environment is clean, and all supplies are stocked.

- Customer Service: Attend to passenger needs during the flight, providing information, food, and comfort to enhance their journey.

- Conflict Resolution: Handle any issues that arise during the flight, such as passenger complaints or disputes, with professionalism and calmness.

- Team Collaboration: Work together with fellow crew members to create a smooth flight experience, communicating effectively throughout the journey.

Strong communication skills are essential, enabling transparent interaction with passengers and team members. Being calm under pressure is vital since you may deal with challenging situations. A minimum educational qualification of 10th grade is required, and prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus but not mandatory.
