Key Responsibilities

Identify and research prospective clients, markets, and business opportunities.

Support the business development team in lead generation and client acquisition activities.

Coordinate meetings, presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications with prospects and customers.

Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and sales pipelines.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation.

Track and analyze sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends.

Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.





Generate periodic reports on leads, opportunities, sales activities, and business development initiatives.

Assist management in strategic planning and market expansion projects.
