Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Tool Production: Manage daily operations in the tool room, ensuring tools are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. This includes coordinating workflows and managing resources effectively.

- Team Management: Lead a team of technicians and workers, providing guidance and training. You will ensure that all team members are well-trained in using tools and adhering to safety protocols.
