Key Responsibilities:

1. Ice Cream Production: Prepare and mix ingredients to create a variety of ice cream flavors. You will follow recipes closely to ensure product consistency and quality.

2. Machine Operation: Operate and maintain ice cream making machinery. This includes cleaning equipment after each use and ensuring that machines are functioning efficiently.

3. Quality Control: Monitor the texture and taste of ice cream during production. Conduct regular taste tests to ensure that all products meet high standards.

4. Inventory Management: Keep track of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained. Notify supervisors when supplies are low to avoid production delays.

5. Hygiene Maintenance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations,



maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and relevant experience in food production, particularly in ice cream or dessert making. You must have strong attention to detail, positive communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
