As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and overseeing CNC machinery to create precision parts and products. This is a full-time position based in Tiruvallur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set Up CNC Machines: Prepare machines for production by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications.

- Read Technical Drawings: Examine blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications and ensure accurate production.

- Monitor Machine Operations: Keep an eye on the performance of CNC machines during operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality.

- Conduct Quality Checks: Use measuring tools to inspect finished products and ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.

- Maintain Equipment: Regularly clean and perform basic maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues, suggest improvements, and stay informed on project updates.

- A diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field is required, providing foundational knowledge for the role.
