Key Responsibilities-

Guest Services:Ensure exceptional experiences from check-in to check-out and table lve guest or diner complaints quickly and professionally.

Department Oversight:Supervise front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and uct daily floor walks and pre-shift huddles to check service quality and cleanliness.

Financial & Inventory Control:Monitor daily sales, control food and labor costs, and track operating see stock counts, inventory ordering, and supplier relationships for both hotel and kitchen supplies.

Staff Management:Handle staff scheduling, performance tracking, training, and weekly payroll tasks.

Safety & Compliance:Enforce local health codes, food safety regulations, and building fire/safety protocols.
