? Role: Telecaller - Driver Onboarding

? Work: Outbound calling, candidate follow-ups & walk-in conversion

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls to potential drivers

• Explain joining & rejoining offers

• Schedule and confirm walk-ins

• Follow up with interested candidates

• Track leads and conversions

Requirements:

• Fluent in Kannada / Telugu / Tamil (Mandatory)

• Hindi & English communication

• Valuable convincing & communication skills

• Comfortable with calling targets

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

• Freshers are welcome!
