We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Mithanpura, Muzaffarpur. This is a full time position suitable for freshers who have completed at least their 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring all entries are correctly documented in the accounting system.

2. Data Entry: Input accounting data into spreadsheets and software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support financial reporting.

3. Invoice Processing: Assist in issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collections.

4. Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize daily expenses, helping to prepare financial statements that reflect the company's financial position.

5. Support Audit Preparation: Help in preparing documents and reports needed for audits, and cooperate with auditors during the review process.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong numerical skills and attention to detail.



Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred, along with proficiency in using spreadsheets and accounting software.
