We are looking for a dedicated Oncologist to join our team in Ranchi, India. This role is suitable for recent graduates or those with less than one year of experience and requires a Doctorate or PhD in medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients with suspected or diagnosed cancer. This includes reviewing medical histories and ordering necessary tests to determine the best course of action.

2. Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans for cancer patients. This will involve recommending chemotherapy, radiation, or other therapies based on individual patient needs and discussions with multidisciplinary teams.

3. Patient Education: Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and potential side effects. Ensuring that patients understand their conditions and treatment plans is crucial for effective care.

4. Follow-Up Care: Monitor patients during and after treatment to assess effectiveness and manage any side effects. Regular follow-up exams and discussions are essential to adjust treatment plans as necessary.





5. Research and Development: Engage in clinical research initiatives to contribute to advancements in cancer treatment. Staying updated on the latest research can enhance patient care and treatment approaches.
