Position: Shadow/Assistant teacher

*Role Overview*

FinChartered Academy is looking for a proactive, student-centric, and responsible Assistant / Shadow Teacher to support academic delivery across schools and colleges partnered with FinChartered ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with students while supporting faculty in delivering a high-quality learning experience.

*Key Responsibilities*

● Shadow teach the subject assigned by the management to the schools and colleges partnered with FinChartered Academy.

● Plan and deliver effective classroom sessions aligned with the college and school curriculum.

● Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.

● Provide academic guidance and support to help students improve their understanding.

● Maintain student attendance, progress records, and performance reports.





● Coordinate with school authorities to ensure smooth academic delivery.

● Travel to assigned colleges and schools as per the teaching schedule.

*Eligibility*

●

● 1-2 years of teaching experience

● Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

● Willingness to travel within the city.

● Effective teaching and presentation skills.

● Valuable interpersonal and organizational abilities.

● Basic computer skills (MS Office/online teaching tools).
