Budget & Cost Management: Monitor production costs, adjust budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.

Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and improve overall workflow and safety.

Coordination: Liaise with other departments (sales, logistics, procurement) to align production with company goals.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure work environment.
