We are seeking an E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce and a passion for online retail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Listing Management: Create and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images to attract customers.

- Order Processing: Handle processing of online orders efficiently, coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery and tracking of shipments.

- Customer Service Support: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email or chat, providing solutions and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy to avoid shortages or overstock situations.

- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance sales strategies.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and website metrics,



using this data to inform decision-making and improve results.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial, as well as a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new trends in the e-commerce industry. A background in customer service or sales can be beneficial, and proficiency in Excel or analytics tools will be an advantage.
