We are looking for a Visa Counsellor to help clients navigate the visa application process. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their visa requirements and provide tailored advice based on their destinations and purposes of travel.
- Documentation Assistance: Guide clients in preparing the necessary documentation for their visa applications, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Application Submission: Submit visa applications on behalf of clients and monitor the status of these applications to ensure timely processing.
- Follow-Up Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on their application status and addressing any concerns they may have throughout the process.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on visa regulations and policies for various countries, ensuring the information provided to clients is current and accurate.
- Record Management:



Maintain detailed records of client interactions and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate efficient service delivery.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and stakeholders. Attention to detail is crucial, as accuracy in documentation is essential for visa approvals. A proactive approach to problem-solving will be valuable when addressing client queries. The candidate should be comfortable working in an office workplace and have a basic understanding of immigration laws and processes. Familiarity with customer service practices is a plus.
