About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and results-driven Digital Marketing professional with 8 years of experience to manage and grow the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.

• Manage On-Page/Off-Page SEO, keyword research, website optimization, and link building.

• Create and manage SEO content, social media content, blogs, and marketing creatives.

• Create graphics, reels, videos, and handle basic photography, videography, and editing.

• Monitor traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, engagement, and campaign performance.

• Analyse data and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and digital growth.

• Conduct competitor research and identify recent marketing opportunities.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5-8 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing in real estate or construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/Paid Ads, social media, and Content Marketing.

• Good skills in copywriting, graphic design, photography, and videography.

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools.

• Strong creative,



analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently manage multiple digital marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

• Relevant digital marketing certifications will be an advantage.

• Portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, content, design, and creative work is preferred.
