Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain Call Records: Document details of each interaction accurately in our system, ensuring all information is up-to-date for future reference.

- Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to customers to gather feedback, build relationships, and promote future offers, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
