Roles & Responsibilities:- 1) Handle Inbound & Outbound voice calls from International Customers.

2) Understand Customer queries and provide them accurate solution.

3) Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner.

4) Maintain call records and update information in the system.

5) Ensure customer Satisfaction.

Note:- This is health related company. Shift will be as bellow-

9 pm to 6am, 10 pm to 7 am, 11 pm to 8 am, 12 pm to 9 pm, 6 am to 3 pm.

Age Criteria will be 20-35 yrs old.

Good English Communication will be required. looking for immediate joiners only.
