Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Information Sharing: Provide accurate information about flights, gate changes, and airport services to help passengers navigate the airport confidently.
- Problem Resolution: Handle passenger inquiries and complaints effectively, quickly finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, helping maintain a safe environment for all passengers and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other airport staff and departments to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively, promoting a team-oriented atmosphere.
Required Skills and Expectations:




Candidates should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to interact courteously with passengers. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential, as well as being able to adapt to changing situations and demands. Although experience is not required, a willingness to learn and a robust work ethic are highly valued. Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and must be reliable, punctual, and ready to provide great service throughout their shifts. A keen eye for detail is important to ensure safety and quality in service delivery.
