Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Interaction: Communicate effectively with patients to understand their concerns, answer their questions, and provide emotional support.

2. Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the next steps.

3. Information Gathering: Collect relevant medical histories and personal information from patients to tailor the counselling approach and assistance.
