Main responsibilities:

Handle reservations through phone, email, hotel website, OTAs, and walk-ins.

Check room availability, rates, packages, and promotions.

Create, modify, and cancel guest reservations.

Collect and update guest information accurately.

Explain room types, facilities, prices, check-in/check-out policies, and hotel services.

Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Accounts departments.

Handle guest queries and special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, extra beds, airport transfers, etc.

Maintain accurate reservation records in the PMS (Property Management System).

Follow up on guaranteed bookings, payments, cancellations, and no-shows.

Prepare reservation reports and help maximize room occupancy and revenue.
