Power Expert Engineers is looking for an experienced, highly capable and result-oriented Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to independently handle and grow our sales operations across Bhiwadi

Performance Expectation: This is a target-driven senior sales role. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating and closing business with a minimum expected monthly sales of ₹10 Lakhs across Bhiwadi. The candidate should have the capability to independently manage the complete sales cycle, develop recent clients, handle negotiations and consistently achieve business targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in CCTV, Electronic Security, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Fire & Safety, ELV or related solution-based industries. The candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle and taking ownership of business development.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Generate new B2B business opportunities and develop new clients.

* Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

* Conduct client meetings, site visits and requirement discussions.

* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable CCTV, security, IT and networking solutions.

* Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and techno-commercial offers.





* Handle negotiations and close profitable deals.

* Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate, industrial, commercial and institutional clients.

* Follow up consistently on leads, quotations, pending approvals and ongoing opportunities.

* Coordinate with the technical, installation and operations teams for smooth project execution.

* Manage sales activities and client relationships across Bhiwadi as well as Gurgaon.

* Develop new accounts while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.

* Track sales pipeline, targets, follow-ups and closures and provide regular sales reports to management.

* Identify new market opportunities, projects and potential business accounts.

* Take ownership of assigned sales targets and contribute directly to company growth.
