What you’ll own:

The Head of Spare Parts will strategically lead and manage the end-to-end spare parts business for our automobile OEM operations. This role is fully responsible for inventory management, dealer supply chain efficiency, pricing strategies, and parts warranty management to maximize profitability, ensure parts availability, and drive high customer satisfaction across the network.

What you’ll do:

Inventory & Supply Chain Management




- Demand Forecasting: Establish robust forecasting models to balance high parts fulfillment rates with optimal inventory holding costs.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee central and regional distribution centers to ensure lean warehouse management and timely dispatch.
- Procurement Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing and SCM teams to secure consistent supply of genuine components.

Dealer Distribution & Logistics
- Supply Network: Optimize the logistics and distribution framework to ensure timely parts delivery to authorized dealer networks.
- Dealer Support: Act as the primary escalation point for dealers regarding parts availability, emergency orders, and logistics constraints.
- Order Management: Implement automated ordering systems to streamline dealer procurement processes.

Pricing & Profitability Strategy
- Commercial Pricing: Define and implement strategic pricing structures for spare parts
