Role Overview

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will drive end-to-end quality engineering across web, mobile, and big data platforms. You will design maintainable test automation frameworks, execute rigorous backend database record validation, and ensure high-integrity cloud data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
Framework Development: Build, maintain, and scale BDD automation frameworks using Selenium (Web) and Appium (Mobile cross-platform) integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Database & Pipeline Testing: Perform complex SQL-based database record validation, high-volume data transformation checks, and automated testing for Databricks workflows and Delta Lake tables.
Test Strategy & Quality Assurance:



Drive cross-browser and cross-device test coverage, troubleshoot pipeline and workplace connectivity issues, and deliver automated test reporting.
Technical SME & Collaboration: Provide technical guidance on automation best practices, contribute to key architectural decisions, and mentor QA team members.

Technical Qualifications
Web & Mobile Automation: Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and BDD frameworks (Cucumber/TestNG).
Database & Cloud Data: Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for database records testing, along with experience testing Databricks Cloud workflows.
Languages & Scripting: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#, with familiarity in PySpark for data workflow automation.
* DevOps Integration: Experience with continuous integration tools and cross-platform debugging.
